Protein muffins with apple and Formula 1 Spiced Apple

As the weather outside gets colder, so does the time we spend at home. One way that always helps make it more enjoyable is to make a delicious treat. Formula 1 Spiced Apple Protein Muffins are the perfect choice for a night out or to deal with the chill of the morning.

Components:


  • 2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple
  • 100g oat flakes
  • 60g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 30g dried apple chopped
  • 2 eggs of linseed (mix 2 tablespoons of linseed with 1 teaspoon of water and set aside to coagulate)
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Implementation:


Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.


Mix Formula 1 Spiced Apple, oatmeal, baking powder and dried apple until homogenized. Add the flaxseed eggs, almond milk, agave syrup and vanilla extract and mix until homogenized.


Place 9 trays in a muffins mold and distribute the mixture to the trays. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
